General terms and conditions of sale

The present conditions of sale are concluded between on the one hand the Tourist Office of Terroir de Caux and on the other hand, any physical or moral person wishing to proceed to a purchase via the Internet site www.quibervillesurmer-auffay-tourisme.com and its partner sites named hereafter “the purchaser”.
The present conditions of sale aim at defining the contractual relations between the Tourist Office Terroir de Caux and the purchaser and the conditions applicable to any purchase carried out by the means of the merchant site www.quibervillesurmer-auffay-tourisme.com and its partner sites, for a consumer.
The acquisition of a service through the present site implies an acceptance without reserve by the purchaser of the present conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale will prevail on all other general or particular conditions not expressly approved by the Terroir de Caux Tourist Office
The Terroir de Caux Tourist Office reserves the right to be able to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the buyer.

The services offered are those listed on the website of the Office de Tourisme Terroir de Caux. Tickets sales are offered within the limits of available places and the stock is updated in real time.

The prices appearing on the website are expressed in euros and include the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products or services. The Terroir de Caux Tourist Office reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the website on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

The buyer, who wishes to purchase a ticket must obligatorily:

– validate his/her order after having checked it;
– make the payment under the conditions provided
– confirm his/her order and respect the registration deadlines mentioned.

Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these terms of sale, recognition of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction.
The confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
The Tourist Office will communicate by email or telephone confirmation of the recorded order.

For paid ticket orders, you must make your payments by credit card directly on the booking site of the Terroir de Caux Tourist Office or its partners.
The system accepts credit card payments from the CARTE BLEUE / VISA and EUROCARD / MASTERCARD networks as well as other possible networks mentioned during the payment stage.To be valid, the ticket must not have been the subject of a stop payment or an unpaid credit card used for the order.
The debit of the credit card is independent of the actual printing of tickets. In any case, the tickets will be paid even if the customer fails to print them.

As soon as your order is confirmed, and except for exceptions mentioned during the order, you will receive an e mail containing the digital ticket (in the body of the message or as an attachment) to be printed or presented on your smartphone on the day of the animation.
Each ticket is unique and allows you access to the animation. Only one person can access the event with a ticket. In fact, in case of loss, theft or duplication of a valid ticket, only the first person holding the ticket will be able to access the event. You remain responsible for the use that is made of your ticket.

7.1 In accordance with Article L 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal even in the event of loss or theft.
7.2 From the time of purchase by the customer, the ticket(s) cannot be exchanged, resold, or taken back or in the event of no-shows on the day of the event.<7.3 The Terroir de Caux Tourist Office reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event that it cannot provide the service chosen by the customer in the best conditions: bad weather, sanitary conditions, etc. ....

These online sales conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction is given to the competent courts.
