Located in the little-known Normandy region of Pays-de-Caux, between Veules-les-Roses and Varengeville, 15 km inland, Maison Blanche welcomes lovers of calm and simplicity, hiking enthusiasts (many GR circuits), and all those addicted to great beaches without the big crowds (Varengeville, Quiberville, Saint-Aubin). Surrounded by fields, cows and chickens, at the end of the village of Tocqueville-en-Caux, the house comprises a 1910 dwelling set against an 18th-century longère. It comprises 200 m2 including :
- a large room with fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room,
- a living room with fireplace on the same level as the garden (wood available)
- 4 bedrooms: 2 children's bedrooms (1 x 90cm bed and 1 x 120cm bed), the master bedroom (1 x 140cm bed) and the attic workshop bedroom (1 x 140cm bed).
