Surrounded by fields, cows and chickens, at the end of the village of Tocqueville-en-Caux, the house comprises a 1910 dwelling set against an 18th-century longère. It comprises 200 m2 including :
- a large room with fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room,
- a living room with fireplace on the same level as the garden (wood available)
- 4 bedrooms: 2 children's bedrooms (1 x 90cm bed and 1 x 120cm bed), the master bedroom (1 x 140cm bed) and the attic workshop bedroom (1 x 140cm bed).
