Minoterie Louis Capron

Built at the end of the 19th century, le mill in Saint-Ouen-sous-Brachy now houses the Minoterie Capron (Capron Flour mill).

The family has set up its business here, close to the Saâne river since 1921 to grind wheat. For five generations, it has been committed to provide high quality flour.
The mill has not used water power since 1921 and has thus evolved over time.
